Worldwide Health Force offers the provision of associates on a temporary or contract basis at an hourly rate. We will assume all employer responsibilities and incur all costs associated with these employees including salary, payroll expenses, workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, etc. This service is perfect for client companies who seek seasonal or peak time workers, where the client will not have any commitment or obligation to the said workers.

Temp-to-Hire Associate
A temp-to-hire associate differs with the temporary associate only because of the availability of the option for the temp-to hire to have permanent placement with the company he or she is working for. After completing the required hours and corresponding job evaluation, the employee becomes eligible for getting a permanent position in a company at no additional cost. This option is being utilized by our clients for its cost-effectiveness and flexibility for their employment needs.

Permanent Placement

Lastly, Worldwide Health Force provides permanent placement opportunities to the right candidates. The cost for this service will be based on the candidate’s salary during his or her first year.
